Nutrition Therapy

Your private healing space.

Our sessions offer a gentle, non-judgmental space to explore your relationship with food, body, and self—at the pace your nervous system can hold.

This work is not about rigid plans or fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about meeting the survival patterns—like bingeing, restricting, dissociating, or obsessing—that once protected you, and gently creating space for new ways of being.

Together, we explore what nourishment means for your body. We tune in to the wisdom beneath the patterns. We use somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, so you can feel safer in your body, and more present with food.

You are not broken. Your body is not the enemy.
There is a quieter, softer path to healing—one where your needs are honoured, your rhythms respected, and your wholeness remembered.
